Online Student Records Request Step 1, Please Enter All Information
This is an official request for a copy of a student record. The information contained in this request should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and then finalize the order process by clicking 'Proceed to Check Out'. The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
You will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.
ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number, and password.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, requested documents will be sent electronically.
To receive your requested documents via U.S. Postal Service, you must include a note in the "Special Instructions" box and provide a valid delivery address.
Official transcripts will NOT be given to a student/individual. Transcripts mailed or picked up by a student/individual will be considered "unofficial."
Please Note: When asked for your driver's license details, if you don't have a driver's license, please use any other State Issued ID or your KISD Student ID Number.
ATTENTION ALUMNI STUDENTS ONLY:
If you are requesting your documents to be mailed to a non-official or home address, you will be presented a series of identity verification questions after check-out.
These questions are part of the school district's ongoing dedication to protect student information. Therefore, please answer the questions to the best of your ability. If you choose not to answer the questions, please note that your request will be denied, you will get a refund.
***Please upload a copy of your Driver's License, school ID or Passport on this page or from the confirmation page at the end of the requesting process. The document you submit must have a photo of you with your full legal name.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SELFIES, group picture, or pictures of your pet (yes, we have received these). Submission of these types of photos will only result in your request being denied delaying receipt of your records.
